Cancellation

  • Cancel 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: no refund

Payment

  • 50% is collected 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% is collected 14 days before arrival.
  • For reservations made 15–30 days before arrival, 50% is collected when the reservation is confirmed and the remaining 50% is collected 14 days before arrival.
  • For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, 100% is collected when the reservation is confirmed.

Currency

Payment is processed securely by Stripe in Indonesian rupiah. If your card uses another currency, your card provider converts the payment and may charge a foreign-transaction fee.

No-show

  • No refund
  • If you are delayed, please contact ipyum. If we do not hear from you, the remaining nights will be released after the first night of your reservation.
